Do your homework on Blue Bonnet vitamins and you'll be glad you did. They are better than almost anything on the market and they have in them what they say they do and you'll notice the difference fast. Careful they have been known to put a little extra in there lol. I had to wrote it when I noticed how well these worked over the others I first tried. Oh and I got D3 with a few other things in a spray that sits on your tongue for 30 seconds then you swallow. Its 2500 mg I believe and wow. Rhat stuff you can tell when you take it. Its got a vitamin in it to help the liver too but I cant remember exactly what it is. Something flower is what I remember.Anyways good stuff definitely worth the extra money
