It Smells so close to the original presciptives calyx I mix it with the Original Presciptives Calyx along with the lotionLove it! I’ve worn Calyx for over twenty years, however I’ve never tried the oil. It was simply splendid.A real treat!! Thank you???❤️I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this fragrance and no matter how many times I decide to try something new...I ALWAYS come back to Calyx!!I'm using it in my diffuser filling my home with a subtle scent of Calyx which is one of my favorite perfumes!The aroma isn’t even close. It’s not undiluted, so you wouldn’t want to bother to cut it with alcohol.Some of the reviews were positive, so I tried it.Horrible, nauseating.It smelled NOTHING like Calyx -- but I was still hoping it would smell nice, pleasant. Nope. Chemically, disgusting.I was so repulsed I threw it away.The calyx oil was horrible and didnt even come close to smelling like the real thing. Hated it. Be ware dont buy. Disappointing experienceThey get an a for effort attempting to match the Calyx sent. This does smell similar to Calyx but heavier, more like the little bit at the bottom that when unused and got syrupy. It missing the WOW, the happy, the exuberance., the fresh, the clean, the grassy green. It could be partly because it's an oil and not an alcohol based mist . In their defense, it's got to be a very difficult scent to match and they have come closed then any I've tried previously. I guess you simply have to buy Calyx if you want to get the true "high' this scent seems to provide when you put it on, Btw, Im a guy that started using it when it came out under the Perscriptives brand and was being sole as a unisex scent at Neiman Marcus. The only reason I have not purchased it since it was reintroduced, is I've heard the new version is more floral basedl which obviously doesn't work for me. But maybe their wrong. It really is an amazing one of a kind scent that has some very devoted users. Finally, I could see where this Calyx themed oil might satisfy many, but probably not the real Calyx devotees.
